, you'll be the backbone of the Sales & Marketing team -- the one who keeps everything organized, accurate, and running smoothly behind the scenes. You'll handle bookings, assist with quotations, maintain client databases, and coordinate with other departments to make sure every guest booking and event runs without a hitch.
Your work helps the Sales team focus on bringing in business while you ensure all the details are taken care of.
What You'll Do
Sales Support:
Prepare quotations, contracts, and proposals for clients and travel agents.
Assist the Sales team in following up on inquiries, bookings, and client requests.
Coordination:
Liaise with other departments -- especially Reservations, Front Office, and Finance -- to ensure smooth handling of bookings and group arrivals.
Documentation:
Maintain and update client files, sales reports, and databases accurately.
Handle administrative paperwork, filing, and communication for the Sales office.
Reporting:
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on bookings, inquiries, and sales performance.
Communication:
Respond to emails and phone inquiries politely and professionally.
Keep clients informed about confirmations, payment status, and special requests.
Who We're Looking For
At least a Diploma in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
Preferably 1-2 years of administrative experience in a hotel or corporate sales office.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiar with hotel systems (IDB).
Friendly, detail-oriented, and able to work well under pressure.
