Respond to customer inquiries and messages promptly across all platforms.
Provide accurate product information, pricing details, promotions, and order status updates.
Process customer orders efficiently, ensure correct documentation, and follow up until completion.
Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and order tracking systems.
Manage and reply to TikTok direct messages (DMs) with a strong focus on converting inquiries into sales.
Handle customer issues or concerns professionally, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Assist in resolving order-related matters, including delivery status, exchanges, and product inquiries.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Requirements & Skills
Proven experience in sales administration or customer service (fashion/retail preferred).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and manage high volumes of customer inquiries.
Familiarity with social media platforms, especially TikTok.
Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and service excellence.
