The Daily Grind (What You'll Be Doing)

  • CRM Wizardry: You'll live in our CRM Click-Up. Keeping data clean, deals updated, and everyone in the loop. Data integrity is your superpower.
  • Order Boss: Processing sales orders and making sure everything flows smoothly from "sold" to "delivered." No one wants an 'order status' headache.
  • Communications Expert: Managing the communication flow-emails, reports, meeting coordination. Clear comms are key.
  • Data Whisperer: Pulling reports and translating data into actual insights. Helping the team understand what's working (and what's not).
  • Sales Team Support System: You're the go-to person for the sales reps when they need help with documentation, scheduling, or general admin support. You have their back.
