What You'll Do:
We are looking for a
Sales Admin
to support our Sales Team & Accounts Department. If you are organized, proactive, and responsible, we want you in our team!
Assist Sales Person in preparing delivery order & invoices
Liaise with customers for updates, follow-ups & documentation
Update daily, weekly & monthly sales reports
Support Accounts Department on payment tracking & customer records
Maintain proper filing & data entry of sales documents
Coordinate delivery / installation schedule with the team
Handle stock in / stock out updates
Monitor and record showroom display items
Ensure all display items are properly labelled (item name, size, price, wood type)
Update stock movement and maintain accurate stock records
Be a Team Player:
Collaborate with our friendly team to keep the showroom organized, maintain stock levels, and ensure the store is always looking its best.
Follow Through:
Make sure our customers have an outstanding experience from start to finish, with follow-ups and assistance as needed.
