Responsibility
Assess company operations, processes, and financials to identify inefficiencies and
opportunities for improvement.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to provide industry insights.
Develop business strategies and action plans to enhance productivity and profitability.
Assist in the implementation of new policies, procedures, and business models.
Provide guidance on organizational structure, workflow optimization, and resource allocation.
Offer solutions to financial challenges, including cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
Collaborate with management and employees to ensure alignment with business goals.
Monitor progress and measure the impact of implemented strategies.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
Any ad-hoc tasks as required by management from time to time
