3 Days at PJ office 2 days at Kuchai Lama Office



JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:



Compile sales incentive and sales reports.

Generate and review attendance summary.

Verify expenses claims submission.

Managing filing systems and ensure data accuracy.

Overseeing recruitment process and updating vacant list.

Updating data of new joiners and resigned staffs on internal system.

Update leave entitlements and utilizations.

Coordinate with team to update monthly promotion activities.

Updating bulletins on internal system.

To perform any ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:



Computer literacy in MS Office.

Good command in English both spoken and written.

Analytical and result driven.

Minimum Diploma holder.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Experience in Business Administration, or a related field are considered a plus.
