Sales Admin - Jasaland Property Consultants Sdn Bhd

Job Requirements:

  • Responsible and Committed to meeting datelines.
  • Have good interpersonal skills, self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Excellent knowledge in MS Office
  • Basic knowledge in video editing, adobe photoshop
  • Good organization skills with attention to details, able to multi-task
  • Being able to handle confidential matters
  • Possess own transport
  • Previous experience in real estate field is beneficial
Job Scopes:
  • Provide deal closing support and paperwork preparation (case files, forms, contracts, agreements)
  • Review and properly record transactions (invoicing, receipts, payment couches and maintain statements of accounts)
  • Assist with managing agent affairs and training coordination
  • General administrative and operational support
Benefits & Remuneration:
  • Salary Range: RM2000 - RM2600
  • EPF, Socso & EIS
Working Days & Hours:
  • Work Days: Monday to Friday & Weekend included
  • Working Hours: From 8.30am to 5.30pm
