• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in related field in added advantage.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Positive working attitude with pleasant & excellent interpersonal skills
• Good communication skills, analytical thinking with attention to details
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Sales & Marketing or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
• Knowledge and basic skills in MS Office
• Responsible, fast learner and pleasant personality
• To work independently & multi task

• Managing all Sales related activity of the Company
• Managing schedules and the distribution of any sales documentation
• A computer literature and be able handle inquiry through telephone effectively
• To prepares and then follow up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for them
• Be able to work in a teamwork environment in conflict resolution and interacting with people from various departments within the Company as well as serving as a liaison between outside clients and agents.
• Handle daily incoming and outgoing communications, including sales related e-mail and telephone inquiries.
• Updating information, payment, sorting out expenses.
• Providing quality customer service
