Degree or Diploma in Accounting / Administration, Property Administration or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 working experience in Sales Administration & Operations (Office Management) from a property development (Developer).
Good knowledge of rules & regulations of the property industry.
Computer literate with software and system such as prosys / Microsoft Project / Office / Excel / Power Point etc.
Good planning, interpersonal and communication skills with ability to interact with people at all levels including liaising with consultants and authorities.
Good leadership skills, independent, initiative, strong commitment and integrity, works with minimal supervision.
A team player with pleasant personality, good attitude, initiative and result oriented.
Description & Responsibilities
Ensure the overall management & efficient completion of the sales administration & documentation process of the Company\xe2\x80\x99s development projects.
Monitor & ensure timely & accurate issuance of official receipts, credit/debit notes, memo, progress claims, reminders and notices to relevant departments purchasers, end-financiers and solicitors and follow-up where need be.
To ensure the Sales and Purchase Agreements (SPA\xe2\x80\x99s) are executed and stamped expeditiously.
Responsible for overall of Sales Administration process, i.e. from monitoring and coordination on the Sales and Purchase Agreements, Loan Application, delivery of vacant possession, sub-sales, and issuance of strata title.
Monitor progress payments, loan documentation, etc.
Attend and take appropriate action to resolves debtors; inquiries and complaints.
Proactive in identifying and resolving potential difficult debtor\xe2\x80\x99s accounts.
Co-ordinate and liaise with purchasers, bankers and solicitors on SPA and bank loan relevant matters and maintain proper records accordingly.
Execute any other relevant works as assigned by the direct superior and/or management of the Company.
Compile monthly credit control reports and other relevant reports as and when required.
Ensuring the smooth running of the daily operations of the department.
Liaise with relevant authorities, and solicitors on application of consent to transfer and MOT.
Adhere to the administrative processes / procedures set and timely completion of targets & deadlines.
