- Diploma or Degree in any field.
- Working Hours 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Minimum 2 years of experience in property sales or marketing preferred.
- Target-driven and sales-oriented with a strong focus on results.
- Good knowledge of the property market and current trends is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and time management skills.
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Creative, organized, and proactive with excellent marketing capabilities.
- Plan, create, and implement digital advertising and content strategies, with a strong focus on Facebook and Instagram platforms.
- Engage with social media audiences by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Assist in sales and marketing activities, including property launches, campaigns, and promotions.
- Prepare and manage documentation with purchasers, solicitors, and bankers.
- Execute marketing plans, sales strategies, and campaigns to generate leads and sales revenue.
- Maintain positive client relationships and provide high-quality pre- and post-sales service.
- Track and update daily sales activities and maintain client/prospect databases.
