:
- Handling administrative tasks and order processing for China/Hongkong customers
- Customer communication as a key contact window between customers order and internal operations delivery planning
- Coordination and liaise with other departments such as logistics/finance to ensure timely order fulfillment and resolve issues
- Organizational skills and able to manage multiple taks efficiently (multi -task)
- Tech proficiency in excel/word/CRM software.
Qualification :
Diploma/Degree in business or marketing
