We are looking for a proactive and customer-friendly
Sales Admin
to support our sales operations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with customers, managing daily enquiries, and keeping things organised behind the scenes.
You will be the main point of contact for customers on
WhatsApp Business and social media
, and you will also assist with
Purchase Orders (POs)
, coordination with suppliers, and general administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries via
WhatsApp Business
and
social media
promptly and professionally
Assist the sales team in preparing and managing
Purchase Orders (POs)
with suppliers
Provide customer support, follow-ups, and order updates
Maintain organised records and ensure documents are filed accurately
Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed to support daily operations
Coordinate internally with sales, technicians, and other departments
Ensure smooth communication and fast response time to all customer-related matters
Requirements
Fast and friendly in responding to customer messages
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Comfortable working under pressure during peak hours or sales seasons
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, WhatsApp Business)
Able to communicate clearly in Malay and simple English
Experience in sales/admin is preferred, but
fresh graduates are welcome
