Menguruskan jualan harian termasuk rekod invois dan data pelanggan.
Berurusan terus dengan pelanggan.
Menerima pelanggan walk-in & menjawab pertanyaan asas.
Menjelaskan pakej/servis syarikat secara profesional.
Membuat pemeriksaan awal (QC) telefon pelanggan sebelum & selepas dibaiki:
Check fungsi asas (touchscreen, kamera, speaker, bateri, signal).
Catat condition dalam sistem/borang sebelum serahan.
Kelayakan:
Berperwatakan yang menarik.
Berumur 20-29 tahun.
Proaktif, tidak pemalu & mampu berinteraksi dengan pelanggan.
Berdisiplin, teliti, dan boleh mengurus data dengan baik.
Ada asas minat/pengetahuan tentang telefon bimbit satu kelebihan.
