We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Admin to join our training company in Eco Botanic, Iskandar Puteri. You will be responsible for supporting sales activities, handling customer data, and ensuring smooth coordination between clients and internal teams. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, bilingual, and eager to grow within the corporate training and HRDC-related industry.
Key Responsibilities
Support daily sales activities and administrative tasks
Key in and maintain accurate customer data and records
Communicate with clients to follow up on enquiries and documentation
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations
Support ad-hoc tasks related to sales operations as required
Requirements
Proficient in both Chinese and English (spoken and written)
Minimum SPM
Customer service or sales admin experience is an added advantage
Computer literate with strong typing and Microsoft Office skills
Organised, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
Able to work independently and as part of a team
