Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote and sell products/services. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication. Understand customer needs and offer suitable products/services to meet their requirements. Achieve individual and team sales targets. Handle customer inquiries and objections professionally and confidently.
Key Requirements:

Minimum 3 months of telesales experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Goal-driven with a positive attitude. Ability to handle rejections and maintain resilience.
Working Hours

Monday - Friday, 9.30am to 5.30pm
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
