Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or related field.
Strong Microsoft Excel Skill (Vlookup, Pivot Table and ETC)
Coordination skill, strong organizational and follow-up abilities, able to work under pressure and meet target deadlines.
Required language (s) : English and Bahasa Malaysia. Excellent Mandarin fluency (read, write & speak) is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
To compile sales data and calculate sales policies incentive rebate.
To submit sales policies incentive to Finance department and attending to Finance inquiries about sales policy rebate calculation.
Assist client to solve any rebate issues.
To assist in maintaining filing system and file all the correspondence memo accordingly.
To assist in all the ad-hoc task assigned by mentor/superior.
