We're looking for an Sales Admin to support our daily operations -- mainly simple fulfilment, and basic data tasks. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with numbers and online platforms, we'd love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities
-Perform data entry and maintain accurate internal records
-Use delivery platforms such as Lalamove and GrabExpress
-Extract and organize data from e-commerce platforms
-Support simple P&L (Profit and Loss) reporting and data analysis
-Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth order flow and timely dispatch
-Handle other admin tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
-Basic knowledge of SQL and P&L reporting
-Detail-oriented with good communication and coordination skills
-Able to work independently and as part of a team
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
