Handle all sales-related tasks to support the daily operations of the sales team.
Data Specialist:
Compile data and prepare weekly sales reports to provide valuable insights for the sales team.
Client Communication Hub
: Manage correspondence between the sales team and clients to ensure smooth communication.
Call Handling:
Answer incoming calls, address general inquiries, and handle sales-related questions.
Account Monitoring:
Track customer account performance and send reports to the respective sales representatives.
Sales Tracking:
Monitor sales quotations and targets to ensure performance goals are met.
Flexible Support:
Assist with other tasks as assigned by the Head of Department (HOD) to contribute to team success.
What We're Looking For:
Qualifications: Diploma or higher in any field.
Experience: Preferred candidates with management, team leading, or 2-3 years of relevant experience. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Language Skills:
Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
Personal Traits: Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and meticulous in your work.
