Conduct
customer follow-ups
via phone, email, and approved messaging platforms to ensure service continuity and satisfaction.
Handle
administrative tasks
including preparing quotations, issuing receipts, processing policy documents, and tracking collections.
Provide operational and cross-functional support to management as needed.
Requirements
Minimum SPM or Diploma in any discipline.
Experience in
administration in automotive line
is an advantage.
Strong commitment to professional, high-quality customer service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a team-oriented attitude.
Able to multitask
effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in
Microsoft Office
and basic computer applications; quick to learn new systems.
Must have a valid driver's licence and own transport.
