Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Customer Engagement:

Handle customer inquiries and orders via phone, WhatsApp, and other online platforms. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on potential leads. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
2. Social Media & Content Creation:

Conduct TikTok live sessions to promote products and engage with potential customers. Create promotional videos and content for social media platforms. Assist in managing the company's social media accounts.
3. Basic Media Editing:

Edit videos and photos for marketing purposes. Ensure content is visually appealing and aligns with the company's branding.
4. Order Processing & Coordination:

Work closely with the warehouse and delivery team to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Update and maintain records of customer orders and sales reports.
Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
