We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized
Sales Admin
to support our sales team in daily operations. This role involves handling orders, preparing documents, coordinating with customers, and ensuring smooth sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
Process sales orders, quotations, and invoices accurately
Coordinate with customers on order status, delivery, and payments
Maintain and update sales records, databases, and reports
Assist sales team with administrative support and documentation
Liaise with warehouse/logistics for order fulfillment
Handle basic customer inquiries and follow-ups
Prepare monthly sales reports and summaries
Ensure all sales documents are properly filed and organized
Assist with sales team with any ad-hoc tasks
Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
