To support the sales team in daily operations by handling documentation, coordinating with customers, and ensuring smooth sales processes to achieve company sales targets.
Responsibilities
Prepare sales quotations, invoices, delivery orders, and related documents.
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk-in.
Coordinate with production, logistics, and accounts departments for order fulfillment.
Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
Support the sales team with follow-ups and after-sales service.
Assist in organizing sales events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
Ensure proper filing and documentation of sales contracts and agreements.
Requirements / Education Level
Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
At least 1 year of working experience in sales administration or customer service (manufacturing background is an added advantage).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and in a team.
