Responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the sales team. Ensures smooth coordination between sales, retail, and HQ departments to achieve sales targets and maintain accurate records and reports.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks, including preparing sales reports, tracking orders, and updating databases.
Handle customer and reseller inquiries via WhatsApp, email, or other communication platforms.
Process sales orders, invoices, and payment records accurately and efficiently.
Coordinate with boutique teams and warehouse for stock availability, delivery, and product transfers.
Maintain and update reseller performance tracking sheets and commission records.
Support sales campaigns, promotions, and live selling activities with proper documentation and coordination.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports for management review.
Assist in after-sales support and ensure good customer service standards are maintained.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent.
At least 1 year of experience in administrative or sales support roles (retail/fashion industry preferred).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Detail-oriented, multitasker, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
