Requirements
- Experience in sales administration or customer service is preferred.
- Good communication skills; ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Responsible, punctual, and maintains good attendance.
- Prepare and send quotations to clients.
- Provide friendly and professional service to walk-in customers, addressing inquiries effectively.
- Maintain showroom display standards and ensure all products are correctly labeled with price tags.
- Collaborate with the sales team to discuss promotions, campaigns, and sales strategies.
- Show willingness to learn and take on additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.
- Handle customer issues with a solution-oriented and positive approach.
- Perform filing and basic administrative tasks during non-peak periods to maintain organization.
