Key Responsibilities
Prepare and process
sales quotations, sales orders, and invoices
.
Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Maintain and update
sales records, customer databases, and reports
.
Handle customer inquiries, follow up on orders, and support after-sales activities.
Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and presentations.
Ensure proper filing and documentation in compliance with company procedures.
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum SPM, Diploma or Degree in
Business Administration, Management, or related fields
.
Minimum
1-3 years of experience
in sales administration or related roles (fresh graduates may be considered).
Proficient in
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
