Study, filter, and organize business and sales information in interior design industry.
Update and maintain sales Google Sheets, including reporting, unit status, defect tracking, drawing plans, and related records.
Prepare, manage, and settle management paperwork.
Monitor and follow up on sales paperwork to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
Attend meetings and prepare clear, structured meeting minutes with action items.
Track tasks, decisions, deadlines, and follow up with responsible parties.
Monitor and manage management appointments and schedules.
Coordinate information flow between management, sales, and operations teams.
Maintain organized digital filing using
Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive, Calendar)
.
Ensure administrative work is accurate, timely, and reliable to support management efficiency.
Requirements & Skills
Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Interior Design, Business Management and other related fields
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply -- training and guidance will be provided.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
&
Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive, Calendar)
Good communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining confidentiality.
