Job Scope
  • Liaise with customers on the status of orders.
  • Follow up on urgent deliveries for customers.
  • Follow up customer\'s overdue payment.
  • Supervise Salesclerk and Delivery Clerk.
  • Carry out monthly stock checks for finished goods.
  • Authorized to sign Customer\'s Orders and Cancellation Orders.
  • Authorized to sign Sales documents (such as Invoice, Delivery Orders and others).
  • Handle of customer verbal order.
