Job Description


Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and reports Maintain and update customer and sales databases with accurate information Generate and distribute sales reports, including sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline updates Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service Collaborate with the marketing department to ensure marketing materials and collateral are available and up-to-date Manage and organize sales documents, contracts, and agreements Assist in tracking and managing sales leads and opportunities Monitor and track sales orders, ensuring accurate and timely processing Requirements High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor\'s degree preferred) Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role Strong organizational and time management skills Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Customer-focused with a positive attitude Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) is a plus Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
