-Prepare document need to support the oversea/local shipment and sample to customer. - Support and assistance to fellow team members/departments, as needed, in order to meet company/team goals including but not limited to assisting with incoming queue calls - Complete any projects assigned by the Business Unit HoD including but not limited to weekly and monthly reports, data entry, prospect mailings and any other sales support functions that may arise, as staffing requirements and business evolution dictate. -Entertain primary customer resource for calls, e-mails, and voice mails when a Sales Team member is out of the office. - Maintain the data at MRP system for sale order and job order and generate a data require from customer and feedback when needed. - Maintain and update the correct pricing & data at system when requirement change. - Oversee the customer schedule and coordinate with production and plan. - Oversee the delivery schedule to ensure the delivery performance.
