Provide administrative support to the sales team and management.
Prepare quotations, sales order, and related documents.
Coordinate with the Project, Procurement and Finance Departments as required.
Accurately record all transactions and maintain up-to-date customer files for easy reference.
Monitor and follow up on each project status to ensure completion.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email in a timely and professional manner.
Handle ordering-related inquiries and deliver a positive customer experience.
Perform other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.
Requirements:-
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales administration, order processing, or customer service. Fresh graduates with strong internship or project experience are also encouraged to apply.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Capable of multitasking, prioritizing work, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
