Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries and prepare quotations, DOs, invoices, and POs
Maintain accurate sales records and project tracking sheets
Coordinate with engineering, project, finance, and suppliers
Prepare and organize submission documents (SEDA, ST, TNB, CIDB)
Support the sales team with timelines, follow-ups, and communication
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
1-3 years experience in solar, M&E, electrical, or construction admin
Strong in Excel and document management
English & BM required; Mandarin is a strong advantage
Organized, proactive, and able to work independently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
