They are on the look out for Sales Administration Support role officer to join their team at head office business operations office at Kelana Jaya in Petaling Jaya. About the role As Sales Administrator, you will be responsible to manage the business operations and the day to day running of sales activities. The role offers a unique blend of customer service and back office support. Working with a portfolio of clients, you will also demonstrate the ability to provide strong customer service and sales support by quoting new business opportunities. A sound understanding of forwarding operations is essential. The role includes the following:
Managing a portfolio of accounts end to end.
Coordinating relevant documentation and shipping orders.
Provide rates and quote for internal and external sea freight services.
Generate sales orders.
Candidate profile
Malaysian female in age group 25-38.
Possess minimum a Diploma qualification in any discipline.
Some experience of sales support role will be very relevant although experience in freight forwarding customs service role will be highly regarded.
Matured with good communication skills,especially English is desirable.
