Sales Administrative Assistant

Job Description


  • Oversee the store activities including receiving, deliveries, coordinating stock, documentation and maintaining records.
  • Check and monitor the stock inventory
  • Check and resolve any invoice discrepancies with relevant parties
  • Assist the sales team in generating quotation and process purchase order(s)
  • Assist in preparation of documentation for tender submission
  • Assist in payment collection
  • Attend to general administrative duties, incoming calls and walk-in guests
  • Assist the marketing team as and when required

Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM/Diploma in Office Management or equivalent qualification in administration field
  • Computer literate \xe2\x80\x93 Microsoft Office
  • Able to work independently with a positive character and willing to take up new challenges
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Solaris Dutamas, KL.
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status
  • Full-Time positions available
