Job Description

SALES ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT



Attend to enquiries from prospects/purchasers Assist and follow up on documentation on new sale and sub-sale cases Support marketing team in the implementation of sales activities Carry out any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management

Requirements

Sales experience in property (residential, industrial and condominium) is an added advantage Familiar with documentation on new sale and sub-sale cases for landed and high-rise buildings Experience in tenancy documentation Ability to work independently and self-motivated Good interpersonal and communication skill in English and Bahasa Malaysia Computer literate and good typing skills Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply Willing to work on weekend, site office/show unit, if required to Training provided Age below 50

Work Days & Hours

Mondays to Fridays, 8.30am to 5.30pm

Remuneration

RM2,500-RM3,300 Salary will commensurate with experience
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
