Candidate must possess at least Diploma qualification from a recognized university.
At least 3 years\' experience in property transaction, banking, and loan documentation.
Proficient in written and verbal communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English
Knowledge on using IFCA system will be an added advantage
Must be a self-starter and independent with pleasant attitude
Responsibilities
Responsible for office management support that covers day-to-day general administrative work.
Responsible for office maintenance support coordination works such as but not limited to electrical, photostat machine, telephone, internet, furniture and door access, first aid box, pest control, security controlling and etc.
In-charge of coordinating and be the focal point of contact to head office and sales gallery.
Liaison with purchasers / financiers / solicitors as well as other departments.
Assist in project launches and other related events when required.
Maintain proper filing systems to ensure the traceability of documents.
Responsible for day-to-day activities in the sales gallery, includes attending to sales inquiries, project explanation to the customers, on-site sales, contract signing, mortgage assistance and after sales service.
Responsible for maintaining sales office, mockup units and showroom in good condition.
To build and maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.
Responsible to assist Marketing agent in processing sales transaction.
Any other tasks and assignments as wand when assigned by the Management and Superior.
