Job Description

Requirement: - Minimum Degree in Business Administration, Business Studies or equivalent. - Minimum 3-5 years relevant working experience. - Prefer with good experience in Sales & Business Development. - Understanding of Integrated Management System of ISO 9001 & OHSAS 18001 standard requirements. - Computer literate. Job Scope - Respond promptly to incoming emails and phone enquiries from clients and communicate with clients to obtain missing information. - Liaise with customers and inter division on enquiries, orders, invoicing and other sales related communication. - Prepare costing and quotation after sourcing and analysis according to client needs and requirements. - Follow-up with client\xe2\x80\x99s response and feedback on company\xe2\x80\x99s commercial proposal, amend and respond to client expectation upon discussion with superior. - Handle and process all sales and purchase orders with accuracy and direct them to operations for fulfillments. - Monitor and follow up on status of ongoing jobs or customer order to ensure goods and services are delivered to clients within designated timeline. - Attend to customer complaints and establish effective discussion with operation team to resolve issue within shortest time possible. - Maintain and update accurate sales and customer records in CRM software. - Issue invoices and ensure data, invoices, statements and other sales documentation are accurate and properly issue and filed. - Work closely with internal department to gather information and resolve issues affecting overall department productivity. - Any other duties as assign by Superior or Management
