We are seeking a capable and highly organized detail-oriented
Sales Administrator
to support our sales operations. This role involves preparing documentation, managing client communications, tracking progress, and ensuring smooth execution of project tasks. The ideal candidate must be responsible and have excellent communication skills to engage with clients and effectively grow the relationship.
Key Responsibilities
Handling customer enquiries and order processing in a timely and professional manner.
Maintaining accurate sales records and updating customer databases.
Supporting sales team in proposal development.
Assisting with sales reporting, presentation and analysis to support the sales team.
Act as a point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and professional communication.
Coordinate and follow up with clients on project progress, feedback, and deliverables.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to support long-term collaboration.
Assist finance team in ensuring timely payments and collections.
Requirement:
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, provided they must possess good English communication skills and with strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
