About the Role



As our

Sales Administrator

, you'll be the key support person who keeps the Sales & Marketing office running smoothly. You'll help the team prepare quotations, contracts, and reports, assist with bookings, and ensure all client details are accurate and up to date.

This role is perfect for someone who's organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working behind the scenes to make sure everything flows perfectly for our guests and partners.

What You'll Do



Support the Sales Team:


Prepare and issue proposals, contracts, and confirmations for individual and group bookings.
Help the team follow up on client inquiries and maintain positive communication with travel agents, corporate clients, and partners.

Coordinate & Communicate:


Liaise with other departments -- especially Reservations, Front Office, and Finance -- to ensure smooth processing of bookings and payments.
Update the team on any changes, group arrivals, or special client requests.

Maintain Records:


Keep client databases, filing systems, and rate agreements organized and up to date.
Handle correspondence, reports, and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.

Reporting & Tracking:


Assist in preparing weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
Track inquiries, bookings, and revenue progress for management review.

Office Administration:


Manage office supplies, coordinate appointments, and support daily administrative needs of the department.

Who We're Looking For



Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality (or equivalent experience). At least 1-2 years of admin or sales support experience -- hotel background preferred. Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with hotel systems (PMS, Delphi, or similar). Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude, team player, and willing to assist others when needed.

Accurate and timely preparation of all sales documents and reports. Smooth coordination between Sales and other departments. Satisfied clients and a confident, well-supported Sales team. Organized systems that help improve the team's productivity.
Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,900.00 per month
