Be responsible and proactive in responding to customers 'enquiries
Recommend and advise suitable products to suit customers' need
Coordinate with sales department and suppliers
Issue purchase orders, verify supplier invoices, delivery orders, and POs
Follow up with suppliers on product information, pricing, and delivery schedules
Maintain proper filing and documentation for the purchasing department
Source and negotiate with suppliers
Check goods upon receiving
Follow-up with existing/new customers and build up good relationship
Requirements:
Passionate with good attitude.
Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Computer literate
Age between 20-40
Salary depends on experiences and portfolio.
