About the Role

Kaharo Jewels is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented

Sales Administrator

to support daily store operations and provide strong administrative assistance to our sales team. This role is essential in handling customer transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth coordination of retail activities.

Please note: Weekend work (Saturday & Sunday) is required to support store operations.

Key Responsibilities

Process customer orders, issue invoices, and maintain accurate sales records. Provide after-sales support and respond to customer inquiries (in-store and online). Support sales team with documentation, reports, and general administration. Monitor stock levels and update inventory records in a timely manner. Handle supplier communication, manage emails, and maintain filing systems. Assist in daily store operations to ensure smooth workflow.
Candidate Requirements

Minimum SPM qualification (Diploma or higher is an advantage). Prior experience in administration, retail, or customer service preferred. Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks. Able to work weekends and public holidays when required.

Sales Administrator

yang teliti, berdisiplin, dan boleh diharap untuk mengurus tugasan pentadbiran serta menyokong operasi harian kedai. Peranan ini penting dalam membantu pasukan jualan, mengendalikan urusan pelanggan, serta memastikan kelancaran operasi kedai.

Nota: Kerja pada hujung minggu (Sabtu & Ahad) diperlukan bagi menyokong operasi kedai.

Tanggungjawab Utama

Mengurus pesanan pelanggan, menyediakan invois, dan menyimpan rekod jualan yang tepat. Memberi khidmat selepas jualan dan menjawab pertanyaan pelanggan (di kedai dan dalam talian). Menyokong pasukan jualan dengan dokumentasi dan tugasan pentadbiran umum. Memantau tahap stok dan mengemaskini rekod inventori. Mengurus komunikasi dengan pembekal serta mengendalikan e-mel dan dokumen. Membantu operasi harian kedai agar berjalan dengan lancar.
Kriteria Calon

Minimum kelayakan SPM (Diploma atau lebih tinggi adalah satu kelebihan). Pengalaman dalam pentadbiran, khidmat pelanggan atau runcit digalakkan. Kemahiran komunikasi yang baik dalam Bahasa Malaysia & Inggeris. Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Seorang yang teliti, teratur, dan mampu mengurus pelbagai tugasan serentak. Bersedia bekerja pada hujung minggu dan cuti umum bila diperlukan.
Apa Yang Kami Tawarkan

Gaji asas antara RM2,000 - RM3,000 (bergantung pada pengalaman). Caruman KWSP, PERKESO dan cuti tahunan. Suasana kerja profesional dan menyokong. Peluang kenaikan pangkat dalam syarikat yang sedang berkembang. Pengalaman praktikal dalam operasi runcit dan perkhidmatan pelanggan.
