Key Responsibilities:
Prepare sales reports and presentations for management
Coordinate with logistics and finance teams to ensure order fulfillment and billing
Support the sales team with quotes, proposals and sales documentation
Manage calendars, schedule meetings and assist in organizing sales events or exhibitions
Monitor and manage inventory levels and stock availability
Assist with onboarding of new sales staff and training on administrative procedures
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a sales administration, sales support or customer service role
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
Diploma in Business Administration, Sales or a related field
Experience in a fast-paced sales environment
Familiarity with invoicing and basic financial procedures
