We are a looking for a Sales Administrator to make an impact! As the Sales Administor, you will play a key role in supporting the HIMEL sales team on the order management and other sales administrative matters.

What will you do?

• Order validation and management, including reference and price check, Special Price Agreement (SPA) approval, issuing of Performa Invoice, Order acknowledgement and others.
• Manage on order delivery, including follow-up on order and delivery status, obtaining forwarder/payment information in advance.
• Deal with customer enquiries like product availability, inventories, lead time and etc.
• Prepare report like Order & Sales, Margin and Offer categories.
• Handle the SIRIM certification and factory audits.
• Monitor and track customer payment.

Qualifications:


What qualifications will make you successful?

• Diploma/Degree in Business.
• Min 2-3 years of experience in sales administration.
• Good knowledge of MS Office & SAP.
• Excellent English and Mandarin (spoken & written) as will need to work closely with the team in China.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Have experience in handling SIRIM certification & audit will be an added advantage.
• Willing to travel (will need to travel 2-3 times in a year).
