Job Requirement



Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree, any field. Good interpersonal skills. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English. Ability to SPEAK MANDARIN would be an added advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome. Work independently with minimal supervision. Good time management and able to meet timeline. Computer literate. On Job training will be provided. Good attendance. Full-Time position(s) available.

Job Responsibility



Receiving and processing purchase orders via phone or emails. Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details. Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information. Maintaining and updating sales and customer records. Compiling monthly sales reports. Expediting orders through internal liaison. Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments. Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
