Provide weekly report for Debtors, Stock Inventory
Handle department day-to-day administrative tasks
Prepare relevant sales report for Sales Review & Sales Budget
Follow up with customers on collection
Monitor of inventory level
Organize & manage department affairs
Maintain a good relationship with a customer
Prepare report
Process improvement activities
Ad-hoc assignment
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, or equivalent.
At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Fresh graduate is encourage to apply
Positive working attitude, Meticulous and able to work independently
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in Ms. Excel (V-look Up& Pivot Table)
