Job Description


Location: Section 25, Shah Alam Selangors:

  • Provide weekly report for Debtors, Stock Inventory
  • Handle department day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Prepare relevant sales report for Sales Review & Sales Budget
  • Follow up with customers on collection
  • Monitor of inventory level
  • Organize & manage department affairs
  • Maintain a good relationship with a customer
  • Prepare report
  • Process improvement activities
  • Ad-hoc assignment
Job Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, or equivalent.
  • At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Fresh graduate is encourage to apply
  • Positive working attitude, Meticulous and able to work independently
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Ms. Excel (V-look Up& Pivot Table)
