Job Brief:



We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our growing team. In this role, you will engage with interested SME prospects via phone calls, instant messaging, and other communication platforms to guide them toward suitable solutions offered by our programs. You will play a key part in helping Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) embark on their growth journey through our strategic development support, access to networks, capital, and entrepreneurial knowledge.

This is a telemarketing-based sales role--but with a difference. We provide warm leads from a qualified pool of prospects who have shown interest. You will follow a proven script and sales system, focusing on building trust, closing sales, and collecting payment. No cold calls, no lead hunting, and no backend administrative work, your energy will be fully directed toward revenue generation.

POSITION SUMMARY



This position is responsible for driving sales conversions and achieving revenue targets through proactive engagement with assigned warm leads generated via marketing initiatives. It involves guiding potential SME customers through a structured sales process using provided scripts and closing frameworks to support informed decision-making and focuses on promoting entrepreneurship and fundraising programs by delivering tailored solutions, including access to investor networks, capital resources, and practical knowledge in equity-based financing, brand positioning, and marketing. Ultimately, it aims to build strong relationships with SME clients while contributing to their business growth and development.

Job Responsibility



Make outbound calls and WhatsApp follow-ups to potential SME customers using daily provided warm leads. Engage with potential SME customers through various communication channels, such as phone calls and instant messaging, to understand their unique needs and challenges. Ask the right questions and apply consultative sales techniques (training provided) to build rapport and guide customers through the decision-making process. Articulate the value proposition of our tailored programs, including individual development plans, access to an investor network, capital availability, and entrepreneurship knowledge enhancement. Use provided scripts, closing frameworks, and a structured sales process to address objections, provide support, and complete the sale effectively. Respond promptly to customer inquiries, follow up and address any issues on their orders or payment statuses. Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to share feedback, optimize lead quality, and improve customer support. Stay updated on industry trends, entrepreneurship best practices and success stories by industries or business sectors, and program offerings to provide well-informed guidance to SMEs. Participate in team brainstorming sessions to propose improvements and help resolve customer concerns with appropriate solutions. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities, as well as collaborate closely with the sales support team to provide timely information for facilitating participant registration and online course seat arrangement. Monitor and track sales performance to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing directly to our organization's growth and success.

Job Requirements



Diploma or higher in Marketing, Business, or a related field. No prior experience required, training will be provided. Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply. Able to commit to a full-time position or internship placement. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, proficiency in Chinese is required. Strong interest in entrepreneurship, business development, and equity fundraising. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to multitask, follow up effectively, and perform in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
