Sebagai Sales Advisor BYD, anda akan menjadi wakil jenama dalam memberi penerangan, mempromosikan dan menutup jualan kenderaan elektrik (EV). Anda bertanggungjawab memastikan pengalaman pelanggan yang terbaik serta mencapai sasaran jualan syarikat.
Tanggungjawab Utama
Menyambut pelanggan yang datang ke showroom, roadshow, atau event dengan layanan mesra dan profesional.
Memberi penerangan lengkap mengenai model BYD, spesifikasi kenderaan, ciri keselamatan, teknologi EV, pakej pembiayaan dan promosi semasa.
Mengurus keseluruhan proses jualan daripada prospek hingga penyerahan kereta kepada pelanggan.
Membina hubungan jangka panjang dengan pelanggan melalui follow-up berkala.
Mengendalikan test drive dan memastikan pengalaman pelanggan selamat dan lancar.
Mengemaskini rekod prospek, laporan jualan dan prestasi ke dalam sistem CRM.
Berkerjasama dengan pasukan pemasaran untuk aktiviti promosi dan event.
Mematuhi standard perkhidmatan dan etika kerja yang ditetapkan oleh BYD dan syarikat.
Kelayakan
Minimum SPM; Diploma/Degree adalah kelebihan.
Berpengalaman dalam industri automotif, jualan atau customer service digalakkan (fresh graduate dialu-alukan).
Komunikasi yang baik dan personaliti meyakinkan.
Mempunyai lesen memandu penuh (D).
Bermotivasi tinggi, berorientasikan sasaran dan mampu bekerja secara berdikari.
Pengetahuan tentang kenderaan elektrik adalah satu kelebihan (latihan akan diberikan).
Role Overview
As a BYD Sales Advisor, you will represent the brand by providing product information, promoting electric vehicles (EVs), and closing sales. You are responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience and achieving the company's sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers at the showroom, roadshows, or events in a professional and friendly manner.
Provide detailed explanations of BYD models, vehicle specifications, safety features, EV technology, financing options, and current promotions.
Manage the full sales process from lead generation to vehicle delivery.
Build long-term customer relationships through consistent follow-ups.
Conduct test drives and ensure a safe and smooth customer experience.
Update customer leads, sales reports, and performance data in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional activities and events.
Maintain BYD's service standards and uphold professional ethics at all times.
Requirements
Minimum SPM / High School; Diploma or Degree is an advantage.
Experience in automotive sales, retail sales, or customer service is preferred (fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply).
Strong communication skills with a confident and pleasant personality.
Possess a valid driving license.
Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Knowledge of electric vehicles is an added advantage (training will be provided).
