Selling luxury fashion/leather goods/jewellery etc.
Achieve individual sales targets, contributing to the store's overall performance and KPIs (e.g., average ticket, conversion rate, units per transaction).
Develop deep product knowledge across all categories (handbags, ready-to-wear, jewellery, footwear, home decor) to effectively communicate features, benefits and value to customers.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients: conduct proactive outreach, follow-up, clienteling and repeat business building.
Provide exceptional customer service: listen actively to customer needs, adapt approach accordingly, tailor recommendations, cross-sell and upsell where appropriate.
Support operational excellence: perform store opening/closing procedures, process purchases/returns/exchanges, maintain merchandising standards and store presentation, assist in inventory tasks (stockroom, replenishment) and adhere to loss-prevention and POS procedures.
Collaborate with the store management team: assist in executing in-store events or business-driving initiatives, adapt to local market trends, support driving new customer acquisition.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 to 3 years' experience in retail or service industry.
Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken) are essential. Other languages are a plus.
Having past experience in sales and customer service in fast-paced retail industry.
Customer-centric with strong sense of service.
Responsible, self-motivated and adaptable.
Good in teamwork and learning attitude.
