Job Requirement:

Responsible for managing the sales team. Preside daily tools box Meeting. Reports weekly Operation to Supervisor. Maintaining and providing comprehensive product information to customers. Understanding and demonstrating customer care and high levels of customer service. Displaying good listening skills to identify customer needs. Confidently making and closing sales. Understanding the importance of best-selling lines and feature hotspots. To actively monitor and provide the selling team with feedback and regular coaching on all of the above.
