Job Description

We are looking for dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Sales Advisors. As a Sales Advisor, you will play a crucial role in bringing more clients to use our Assignment Helper services, both from your own university and other universities in Malaysia. Your efforts will be rewarded with a competitive commission-based income, allowing you to earn during your university life and lighten the financial burden on your parents. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Proactively generate leads and follow up on provided leads to bring in new clients for our Assignment Helper services.
• Tap into the potential market in your respective region, including your college or university, and nearby areas.
• Establish and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their tasks requirements and meeting their expectations.
• Interact with customers via phone/email to offer guidance, point out products, and assist them in making purchasing decisions.
• Utilize negotiation and persuasion techniques to close clients\' orders and maximize profits.
• Maintain in-depth product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through excellent customer service.
• Handle client phone calls and emails in a polite, professional, and prompt manner, addressing and resolving any complaints or issues.
• Responsible for developing, planning, and implementing the company\'s sales strategies.
• Develop, plan, and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
• Create offline and online buzz through impactful brand-building initiatives, such as distributing brochures and pamphlets, outdoor poster campaigns, social media groups, blogs, mailer campaigns, etc.
• Update customer information, prepare reports, and maintain client account status in the database for marketing campaigns.
• Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Pleasant personality, well-organized, positive working attitude, highly motivated, and responsible.
• Able to balance a customer-oriented and results-driven approach.
• Patient and comfortable dealing with complaints.
• Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Critical thinker with problem-solving skills.
• Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including negotiation and persuasion techniques.
• Passionate in dealing with different clients.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize work with attention to detail.
• At least 1 year of working experience in a similar field.
• Excellent written and oral communication in English and Mandarin (ability to communicate in other languages will be an advantage).
• Current university students will be considered advanced.
