Job Description




JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle sales enquiries from walk/ call in customers.
  • Close sales, get new leads, follow up with potential customers.
  • Build and maintain good relationship with existing and potential customers.
  • Monitor sales processes based on ISO standards including following up on loan applications and liaising with solicitors on loan documentations.
  • Assist and participate in preparation and execution of launches and promotional events.
  • Conduct market research and keep abreast with trends, demands, and comparable market prices.
  • Maintain proper filing of potential leads and up-to-date sales progress.
  • Manage sales gallery and show units.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Possess a minimum of STPM or Diploma in Business Administration/ Marketing/ Management or a related discipline.
  • At least 2 years of experience in property sales.
  • Communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge in IFCA software is an added advantage.
  • Able to work on weekends.
  • Position base in Penang.
