JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle sales enquiries from walk/ call in customers.
Close sales, get new leads, follow up with potential customers.
Build and maintain good relationship with existing and potential customers.
Monitor sales processes based on ISO standards including following up on loan applications and liaising with solicitors on loan documentations.
Assist and participate in preparation and execution of launches and promotional events.
Conduct market research and keep abreast with trends, demands, and comparable market prices.
Maintain proper filing of potential leads and up-to-date sales progress.
Manage sales gallery and show units.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Possess a minimum of STPM or Diploma in Business Administration/ Marketing/ Management or a related discipline.
At least 2 years of experience in property sales.
Communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
Knowledge in IFCA software is an added advantage.
Able to work on weekends.
Position base in Penang.
